     Servo Driver
     Driving from the mature, stable and reliable hybrid electric vehicle motor servo driver with built-in position loop, speed loop and current loop, through DSP of high-performance and ARM, the servo driver has realized high-performance vector control, torque control without sensor, accurate position & speed control, nonlinear low-intensity magnetic field control at a high speed and space vector control with position correction at a low speed. Through rigorous EMC, high/low temperature, humidity and vibration tests, it can adapt to various harsh environment.  All KINWAY’s servo products have passed the CE certification.
     Servo Motor
     Rotor magnetic steel is made up with Nd-Fe-B Sintered magnets bearing high temperature. Surface permanent-magnet synchronous motor has a wider speed range and is more reliable in operating at a high speed. Owing to its slender structure, the motor has a small revolving inertia, faster dynamic response and lower noise.
     Speed Feedback Unit
 
     KINWAY servo system adopts a mechanical resolver with perfect ability of bearing high temperature, strong ability of anti-vibration and anti-interference as position feedback components. KINWAY has developed signal processing chips matched with the resolver at the speed of 4096 pulses per rotation, which is sufficient to meet the demands of injection molding machine applications.

     The overload ability of servo driver’s output current and servo motor’s output torque reaches up to 2.5 times, which guarantees better flow response and pressure response. Besides general products’ technological requirements, the system can adapt to working conditions of higher manufacturing requirements, which can strengthen the competitive edge of injection molding machine.

     SCM appropriate for technical personnel of injection molding machine manufacturers, can conduct real-time monitoring of parameter changes during system processing of advanced application. Its waveform generating function may facilitate the optimization of injection molding machines a lot.
  • Solutions to the Specific Requirements of Injection Molding Machines
  1. Since the given signal is nonlinear, servo system is equipped with a given calibration algorithm and excellent low speed control function so as to effectively avoid low speed creeping of injection molding machines.
  2. In view of the frequent switch between flow control mode and pressure control mode of the system, servo system adopts the fuzzy control theory to achieve switching smoothly between flow control and pressure control.
  3. Adopt nonlinear control methods such as SMVSC to quicken the system reaction and ensure lesser overshoot.
  4. Adopt flow control with pressure compensation to avoid disturbance of pressure on estimation accuracy.
  5. Adopt noise cancellation method to reduce fluctuation of oil pump output pressure.
  6. Supervise temperature changes of motors and drivers throughout the process, which is convenient to adjust control parameters in real time.
  7. Realize pressure relief control with the minimum reversal for giant injection molding machines with merged flow system so as to extend lifespan of the oil pump and motor.
  8. In conjunction with the machine’s computer signals, the system can achieve higher performance through P\Q decoupled control and multi-group PID adjustment.
